NEW at Otto-Bauer-Gasse
The shop has expanded into Sicilian Modica Chocolate. Vinifero has partnered with Sabadì, a company specializing in organically certified and fair-trade cocoa from Ecuador, with a focus on environment and biodiversity. The Chocolate is made with the traditional Modica process, within which the processing temperature never exceeds 45C, preserving all the natural aromas and characteristics of the ingredients. We have all kinds of flavors available, ranging from Superfood styles to their Sicily line. Come by the shop and try some, Enrico will tell you all about it.
A warm welcome to two new additions to our winemaker family: VinB from the southwest Cerasuolo di Vittoria region, famous for Nero d’Avola and Frappato grapes, and Fabio Signorelli from the Etna region. Fabios focus is on Nerello Mascalese and old vineyards grown in the shadow of the volcano.

12th November - Tavolata
In November we are planning a few events, including a Tavolata on Thursday 12. November. Good food, good wines, good company and vinyl spinning in the background. Food by Enrico, Service by Laura. There are only ten seats available and we are almost full, so reserve quickly over info@viniferlo.shop or in person.

21st-22nd November – Chinese Market Social Club
On November 21. and 22. the Chinese Market Social Club will celebrate its premiere at WUK in Vienna.
The Chinese Market Social Club is a new concept that moves beyond a fixed location or format. Instead, it creates a space for people to come together in different settings, from urban spots to vineyards, bringing together Chinese food culture, natural wine, creativity and a shared love of discovery.
For its first edition, a range of partners come together to offer something from their own worlds: China Sichuan Restaurant takes care of the food, Hafi brings literature, and Flying Bird Tea Bar introduces guests to the world of tea. We Love Handmade adds an interactive DIY station, while a selection of natural winemakers showcases the diversity of natural wine.
The Chinese Market Social Club is founded by our very own Claire Yuan and Michaela Neubauer, who brings her experience in cultural programming and event creation.

WEEKLY WINE
If you can’t make it to our special events, don’t worry, tastings are still happening every single week. On Thursdays you can stop by the bar at Karmeliterplatz 2 from 5pm and enjoy a selection of five wines, carefully selected by Claire.
Fridays we have tastings in the shop at Otto-Bauer-Gasse 16 from 4-7pm, usually themed after a region or winemaker.
This month I can give you a hint about our lineup, because on Friday the 20. of November QUANTUM WINERY will join Enrico to show you their wines!

You can follow along with everything happening at Vinifero throughout the month on our Instagram, where we share our tasting lineups, weekly wines by the glass and little glimpses of what is going on behind the scenes. You can find all our events listed on our website as well. If you can’t make it in person, our online shop brings our entire selection to wine lovers across several European countries. You can also conveniently order online and opt for pickup at the shop 1060 or bar 1020.
