The selected grapes are divided into three parts each of which undergoes macerations of different lengths. After fermentation, the three liquids are blended and aged on fine lees in large used casks for few months. The nose recalls the typical aromas of this variety, apple, pear and peaches, counterbalanced by an intense spiciness and honeyed aromas of propolis and beeswax.
